Default The player you REFUSE to get rid of because you believe...

Was going through some of my 2008 boxes because I became quite obsessed with Ian Kennedy. I know a dude that is also a fan and is going to take the collection off me for a modest price.

It's been almost 10 years, time to give it up. Not quite a knock on Ian, but the cards are never going to be super valuable. All they had to do was cross the $100 dollar mark... I would have been loaded.

Todd Van Poppel. All he needs is one more shot.

If ACKLEY would've blown up I would've made some serious bank... I had so many chromes and refractors and all that.... makes me want to puke even thinking about how many I had lol

I did unload before he ever "fell off" though so I'm glad to have atleast done that.

Not in this boat, but I’m sure some people still have stashes of Bubba Starling

Have a few Alex Meyers. The few solid games he had with the Angels before his injury convinced me to keep them.

That and the fact I probably can't give them away

You're so wrong about that, the guy who needs another chance at becoming a hall of famer is Ben McDonald.

Javier Baez - showing a little bit of his true potential this year. contact rate and K % has always been a big problem. Converting a small percentage of those swing and misses to hard contact could lead to some gaudy numbers

Trevor Bauer - this knucklehead. If he gets off twitter and stops overthinking every little detail, he could be great

Alex Reyes - just needs to stay healthy. Pedro comps don't come around very often, but if his arm stays together, he will be special. He was 4-1 with a 1.57 ERA and 52K/46 IP in hte Majors two years ago when he was 21.

Carlos Quentin. I thought he was going to be a superstar. He put it all together for one season...and that was that! Someday!
