JSA Question

Last weekend I sent some items to be authenticated by JSA at a shop in Texas. Yesterday I got back my items...3 were deemed not authentic and came with letters explaining so, 4 of my items came back with jsa stickers and the 2 main items which i was getting full LOA's on, had nothing with them. Does this mean that they were deemed authentic and I am now just waiting to get the letters from JSA or what? I have used JSA several times but they have always been in person submissions where if it passed and needed a letter, I kept the piece and wanted a week or so to get the letter from JSA. Thanks

I don't know; sounds like you should call them.

I did and of course, the girl at the desk says we have the paperwork but I cant tell you anything yet! Joy!
