Default Stadium Club hobby box from Blowout huge hit

I don't have much luck with opening packs. Today arrived my first purchase from Blowout; a box each of Finest, Stadium Club and Opening Day.

I figured I would get a Garrett Cooper auto in Finest and did, but at least it was a blue parallel.

I was hoping for better luck with Stadium Club and whoa in the 2nd pack from the top was salvation

Am happy if I don't open any more packs

1. Congrats, that card is AMAZING!!
2. For the love of God, get that out of that mag.
3. Sell everything else, don't open anymore packs. Not gonna top that.

Why does SeanBros dislike mags?

It damages the card in the long term. They look nice for having cards on display, but that's about it.

Understood. Is the general consensus that toploaders (w/penny sleeve) offer the best protection?

Congrats on the epic hit. Don't forget to enter that into Blowout's pull of the month contest or whatever it's called. They have a nice prize for the winner and that's gotta be a solid contender.

I sent in 30 cards to get slabbed earlier this year, predominantly chrome, and over half were stored in mags. All the cards stored in mags got 9.5’s but one. I’m not sold on them “damaging” cards although the risk might be there if not handled properly.

Mags do not dmg anything unless its a chromium type and they bow, it can scratch the surface, (put a sleeve over it when storing).

I have disproven this so many times. Mags are fine for a pc collection.

It sucks that this is now the topic when it should be the sick hit the OP pulled.

I thought the mag was perfect rather than taking a chance sliding it into the sleeve and a toploader when I was still in shock. These are very thin cards

I was expecting Tomis Nido or Garrett Cooper in the middle of the box and not that beast in the 2nd pack from the top

"Huge hit" yeah right. That's a lot more than a huge hit. That's a lifetime hit.

Unreal hit.

If ever I hit a card like that I'm going to throw it in an ashtray by a sunny window, take a pic and post.
