13 rack packs 2017-18 Optic...2 Pink Sigs

Been enjoying the old school breaks I’ve been doing lately. Started doing them once Optic retail dried up. All that been left for weeks have been blasters (which I have done poorly with) and gravity feed boxes that I can just tell have been all molested to hell. Decided to run to a Target near work during lunch today that I used to frequent a lot until I moved out of the area late last year. Still work in the area but I haven’t felt like making the lunch drive for a couple of months now. To my surprise they had a row of rack packs. Haven’t seen any of those in 3 or 4 weeks up in the area I live now, so I grabbed them all. Not really a lot of color in these for 39 packs. 2 holos and 5 purple total. Did get 2 Autos in the first 3 packs and both were pink. Don’t know anything about Tyrone Wallace or why he signs # 13 while wearing a #12 jersey (maybe college #) but I know the other guy and hopefully he pans out. Here’s the best of what I pulled:

Yeah I recently busted 12 of these at my local Target. Not a single auto. However I did at least hit blue velocities of Tatum, Mitchell and Markkanen. I've found there is very little color in the value packs - I got like 2 regular holo and 2 purple out of 12 racks! I've had enough on these. Funny thing is the feeder packs have WAY more color. You just don't get the blue velocity pack or pinks, but you can get aquas. I actually feel like the feeders may be the best value over racks or blasters.

I agree the feeders can be nice...if you get there first. I just can’t touch them anymore. Been sitting there too long. Who knows how many people have searched them by now.

I was buying them at my local target but always wondered why I never got anything really good until I closely inspected a pack and seen a crease which I believe indicates a pack searcher now I refuse to buy any of them

I never noticed that, but 3 times when there were still 31 or 32 packs left I told myself they couldn’t have stood there and gone through every single pack. Nope, I was wrong all 3 times. I’ve gotten my hands on a couple of full boxes and there’s usually an auto or two and 2 aquas. Those 3 times I was lucky if I got a Mitchell or Tatum Base as my best card. Smart move making the only retail product that you touch the packs singularly with a see through wrapper.

Yeah the feeders are hit or miss, mostly miss (as are all pack breaks) but you do at least have a shot at key aqua RCs /25 as well as autos and holo RCs. I've gotten a number of holo RCs, a couple autos and a couple aquas out of these. I agree though on the pack searchers and these should not be see-through.
