Ebay Top Rated Seller with no 10% discount?

I just looked over my dashboard and noticed that I no longer get the 10% discount, yet I'm still a "Top-Rated Seller"?!?

Did something change that I missed?

do you still give free shipping and give free 30 day returns, (where you pay for the return shipping)? If not, kiss that 10% goodbye.

You also have to offer free returns. The discount is just a carrot ebay likes eatching sellers dance for.

Make sure your return policy is updated to reflect that you pay for return shipping on returns now. That was a change a few months ago but personally for me, it has been a complete non-issue. Also just verify that your handing time is set to 1 day or less.

But as stated above, your shipping doesn't have to be free. That is incorrect.

Bingo! Thanks guys!

I was using templates from old auctions that did not have 30 day returns. Now, I switched them all...hopefully, that will do the trick!
