Is it common for the sequential numbering to be stamped but no foil?

Found them at an old coin shop in the middle of nowhere. 1 full box plus loose box.

Hadn't notice your post on the thread. YES, that's how they were made. The 1998-99 hockey and 1999 football have NO ink in the serial # stamp. The 1999-00 hockey and the 1998 football do. Why................, if you ever find out, LMK?

Do you have any black or RED parallels that you're looking to seel and/or trade?
