Default PSA Grading - When they exceed days on the turnaround

Just wanted to give some advice for folks and you may already have had a thread about this, but I recently got another grading order by PSA that went almost 3 weeks, about 12 business over due.

So PSA counts only business days towards their turnaround service time. (Just FYI) .

But I always contact customer service when they are 1 week or more overdue and they will issue you a voucher, if you have not done that before you should.

They should be held accountable just as we are when we have to Please Submit Again and keep spending money.

Anyways, just some advice , I have probably over 10 orders I've got vouchers for and they vary in amount depending on your order.

I've gotten atleast 10 vouchers and they range from about $10-$20 that I apply to any order with PSA . So they give you that amount of your total order.

So I use calendars now , I mark the date that PSA officially logs the order into their system and then I count the 20 or 40 business days whatever the order is, and once that order is late, i'll contact customer service and request for a voucher. Very simple.

Worth the time spent doing it, especially the amount of money spent getting cards graded with them.

I think a week is a fair buffer to give them , considering some of the prices paid for grading especially at $50+ a card

I always call. they have never once given me a voucher. I know a lot of people that submit quite often and have never gotten said vouchers. I’ll definitley be asking next time I call but this doesn’t sound real because it’s not ever a guaranteed turn around.

So you guys want to call and complain about getting a small voucher. I feel is would be a better move to ask for favors.

i'll post a pic of my next one. Had an order for a crossover of 3 cards, paying $50 per card and it's already 2 weeks over due, I would expect better service on paying these higher fees for quicker turnarounds.

BTW , Beckett has a similar program if you get the quicker turnaround they say on their website they garauntee when you do like the 5 day or something, I read it on their website that they would refund your grading fee. Might be worth looking into.

Yes they do if they miss it and you paid full sheet price.

We’d all expect better but considering it’s a non guaranteed or estimated time with PSA yoy don’t really have a pot to piss in when complaining.
