Panini redemption currently unavailable?

I know panini changes their whole sites atm, but does anyone know if you can currently redeem a redemption? I can´t find it

The redemption program is being combined with the regular Panini Direct app

i think i recieved like five emails on this over the last week..

ok, so does that mean that you won´t be able to redeem a redemption on paniniamerica.net anymore and that you only can do it on the direct app. that would be kinda mehhhhh

They should have one app for rewards, direct and redemptions.

ok nevermind. was able to redeem it. You have to click on support (like ok xD) ==> create a ticket==> redemptions to get to the well known page where you can redeem the code

pretty cumbersome imo (hope they change it in their whole maintance process)

How do you check your pending redemption? i requested two replacements last week, can't find them anywhere and when i checked my account my old address showed up and not the new one i changed it to....

just as you look them up as usual except the new way to get there. So after you click support, create a ticket, redemptions just click "open requests" on the "my requests" bar. Then all your open requests will show up. Not sure about replacements though.
