2011 Football products...

I haven't really been collecting all that long(3 years) but this year is really the first year I dumped a lot of money into certain products. What I am wondering, for those of you who have been at it for several years, is there a time where they announce all of the products for the coming year?

I really want to buy a case of Unrivaled, but if they bring the product back in 2011, I may just wait.

I know this isn't a fan favorite product, but I absolutely love it.

they usually annunce them id say 2 month or more in advance...

SA-GE will be thefirst product of 2011, if you consider what their cards look like a "product"
not sure about Press Pass..then its UD Football

all of those are unlicensed, and UD-like last year-will be all NCAA licensed

first product NFL licensed is usually Panini Prestige and releases sometime around/after the draft

after that, products start appearing for "pre-sale" every week/few weeks or so

Yeah SAGE will probably be available in about a month. Nice early release date but I hate the product.

Prestige always releases about 3 weeks after the draft. Those are the first cards to have draft/team info on the cards.

thinkin bout buying another case this year...how bout you? or you still hurting form last years product

I may snag a pack or two of prestige. I like the fact that it usually has 7-8 base cards of each team, and 4 rookies or so.

I bought a case of 2009 and didn't fare too well, so I didn't buy any 2010 Prestige boxes/cases...although I did purchase some singles of Draft Picks Rights autos (my favorite cards out of Prestige every year).

I am such a fiend for new autographed rookies that I am sure I will either purchase some wax and/or pick up some of the new autographed rookies.

May can't come soon enough.

Will be buying a lot of '11 products, about 3 or more players coming out of ohio state for me to PC.

sorry had a brain fart there for a minute..forgot i took 2010 off due to no funds lol i just remember you took a beating on it when u did

im gonna wait to at least see a promo sheet first..i know mostwill stay the same, but i hope they learned form the past 2 years release that the FOIL on the XTRA Point parallels make them at least a little more desirable and a lot less bland than just a different colored border

this is gonna be a tough year to predict though...as nobody is really hyped-offensively that is

AJ Green maybe..but even after him there arent any hyped names. Ingram being the only RB i can think of, after him maybe Demarco Murray. After Green at WR maybe Jones or Hankerson.

QB is going to be awful. Gabbert and Newton are the only projected 1st rounders, everybody else is 2nd-4th (Kaepernick, Locker, Mallet, Ponder, Stanzi)

this is looking more and more like a "prospect" type of year. Not saying there arent great players coming out, just nobody hyped like previous years. Lots of value to be had in the middle round picks
