LCS 1998 Fleer Tradition packs-UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

My LCS calls me when they find packs from 1996-2003 NBA. They called me today and said they had several packs of 1998-99 Fleer Traditions. IMO, Fleer and Upperdeck were leading the way in terms of innovated cards back then. I opened boxes of 1998-99 when they first came out and never pulled any rare inserts. Well that changed today! The sell sheet says

150 card basic set and 6 limited edition insert sets:
*10 "Timeless Memories" (1:12 packs)
*10 "Great Expectations" (1:20 packs)
*10 "Rookie Rewind" (1:36 packs)
*10 "Electrifying" (1:72 packs)
*13 "Lucky 13" (1:96 packs)
*15 "Playmakers Theatre" (100 serially numbered sets) 1:10 cases

Well. My 4th pack resulted in a Kobe Gold Embossed #/100. I was floored! A PSA 7 sold on ebay early this year $2100!

Also, a BGS 9 sold for $7600 in June 2019.

10 months after pulling the Kobe, I had the guts to send it in for grading. Express grading resulted in a request by PSA to update the grading fee to $500

what is the name of the card shop?
I live in Tahiti and Hawaii is only 5 hours plane from here. We sometimes go there on vacation with my wife.

Base cards have the “Stadium Club” look...that is, no borders, action shots.

I strongly prefer 90s era cards and use newer cards primarily as trade bait.
