Questions on Shipping eBay

Sorry for all the questions but just don’t want to get stuff wrong.

Question:
When someone sends me PayPal and their address is COMC c/o, that’s pretty standard? They just want all cards they get off eBay sent to their comc account?

Yes its in some ways safer once it arrives there and gets reshipped you are off the hook.
