I suggest using caution when dealing with ebay member "rightplacerighttime"

Didn't even contact me beforehand and left a negative feedback for a card because he didn't receive it in a magnetic case (Which I never said was included)

Card was shipped in a bubble mailer, top-loader, team-bag and extra cards for protection and was received with no problems whatsoever.

Wow that sucks, did you mention it wasn't included or just no mention at all ? They probably just assumed if the card was pictured in a one-touch.

The photo clearly shows it in a one touch. While I think its petty and also risky to ship a card in a one touch. Many here will tell you the neg is justified because the photo clearly the one touch. Best advise is never have anything in a photo on Ebay that is not being included.

When you sell a high dollar card pictured in a magnetic, mail it in the magnetic or switch it into a top loader and also mail the magnetic separately with it. Would I have negative you for that, of course not. But I see why someone would expect to get the magnetic.

I absolutely do understand the buyer being dissapointed not receiving the mag

but

His attitude, left a straight negative without even sending one message to me, and when I asked him about it politely, was very rude about it too - calling me names etc.

Maybe the next time he asks for the table the card was placed on too because I didn't mention in the listing that it wasn't included?
