Default What's the weirdest graded card you've seen?

I think this would be one

That PSA 1 1988 Topps Bo Jackson

But at least that had pizzazz

The Fillmyer is definitely more "odd"

The LaValliere was probably graded for sentimental reasons. For instance, perhaps the owner had it in their back pocket the first time they bowled a 300 game. I know I had a 1992 Topps Kevin Gross in mine when I rolled a perfect game, my only one to date. (I got it earlier in the night from an arcade baseball game that gave cards as prizes to the winner.) I still have it, but never thought of grading it.

I've never had a baseball card in my back pocket for any of my 300 games, but I should try it.

How did it even get a 0.5? I mean, it HAS a surface I guess. But if it got a 0.0, would it just be an empty holder?

I would assume some of these would be a guy needing a card or two to fill out a bulk submission and just doing it as a joke or for the hell of it.

The Posey probably has a surface wrinkle that went unnoticed by the submitter.

These aren't as odd as the one's shown, but I graded these for this exact reason (sentimental). I collected as a kid, then quit shortly after the peak of the junk era, and then started back up again 3 years ago. I found these at my parents house. They are the first cards I remember ever owning. I wanted them preserved so I sent them in for grading.

^ I love this! ^
79 Topps baseball cards are the first I remember seeing when they were new, but I don't think I owned any until around 81 or 82. I had football cards from that year, though.

Haha, well, no. If you can roll perfectos without one, no need to ruin a card.

The Gallo was Manzo's. His dog got ahold of it.
