I found a Carson Wentz Red Foil out of 2019 contenders draft picks and I’m wondering how rare or if panini released the print run on these

I'd like to know this as well as they seem kind of rare but not that hard to find either , these were retail only and in blasters only correct? I know there's a red and a blue
