That time when Retail was WAY better than hobby for content to price ratio. Broke all this over the last couple weeks.

Hi, nice break!! So I bought some of those "Threads" hangers yesterday, Target is now selling them for $9.99 (I thought they used to be 19.99). So just curious what exactly is in them? Guess I'll try and find a box break to see. Anyways great cards!!!

Hey Cujo bought the threads hangers locally, from Walmart Online and Blowout at 9.99. So I think that’s the correct price
They are cello wrapped. You’ll get at least 3-4 ‘dazzle’ parallels per hanger, most being vet players. You’ll also get ‘regular’ inserts with an equal mix of rooks and vets. Occasionally youll get an auto or jersey but they are WAY harder to pull than Chronicles was for me. The ‘dazzle’ parallels look awesome in hand but I don’t think I’ll buy any more of these going forward. Could be a good ‘hold’ for the future though bc of the RC class and you will get a bunch of ‘em. I just have no willpower and bust every single box pack or hanger I ever buy

Ahh thanks for that info!!! I'm new to basketball (Prizm sucked me in lol) but people told me if I found 18-19 stuff I should pick it up, so got those at the 9.99 - 5% red card at target lol. I'll just keep em' sealed till I feel an itch to bust lol. Thanks and congrats on the hits!!

Still a good buy! These have dried up too suddenly. Again I have no will power and open everything but you’ll do just fine opening and definitely if you hold ‘em sealed. Cheers
