Looking for some help to replace an auto from my zion auto from Select. The card is #/40. Have the box and wrapper but have never done this before.
Scratch runs through Williamson at the top. I don’t even know where to begin in contacting Panini. Has anyone had experience with something like this that could please guide me? Thanks in advance!! ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I personally would not replace that for just a scratch. Is it just a refractor line? Either way, not worth the cost and risk of putting it thru the mail. And it's possible there's no replacement option and you'd just get back the same exact card, or you may get one with a streaky auto, etc.

From my experience, Panini is pretty good with replacing damaged cards. Just follow the instructions on their website. Very easy to do. Good luck.
By the way, I don't see any damage on your photo, but granted the image is fairly small.

I just went through this process yesterday. Here is the link, you will need to create/have a Panini account and then another one to login to this section.
https://www.paniniamerica.net/suppor...ry-damage.html There you can submit a ticket for replacement and it'll give you all the instructions in a step by step. - Put card in sleeve and top loader for post. - Packed between two pieces of cardboard and taped up so no movement. - Wrote my reference number on both sides of cardboard in black Texta. - Added printout of submission form as requested along with my receipt and the pack wrapper. - Put all this in a bubble mailer and sent it off. |

Part of me does not trust Panini, as a person still waiting years on a redemption card.
I'd feel blessed by having a proverbial jackpot Zion card in any condition and not push my luck wanting an undamaged one unless instilled with the utmost confidence of a prompt and upgraded exchange. Odds are they'll tell you to send it back and say they'll send you a replacement which will never happen, then offer you comparable value which will consist of a bunch of crappy cards and you'll be out a card you would have been better off keeping. Consider yourself lucky you got the card and just keep it. |

Since this is an oncard auto you might be waiting extremely long for this to be exchanged... Although, they are good at handling replacements I can imagine this one will be extremely difficult, But like others say just follow the instructions on their site and this should get replaced eventually.

Thanks guys. Ya I mean it’s definitely a nice on card auto. But the scratch at the top is pretty big and deep (hard to see in the photo). I know I’m going to chance it with possibly replacing it. But if the time came to sell this, it would be hard to find a buyer in the current condition.
So maybe I should chance a replacement?

Just send to one of the many PWCC or PSA card trimmers, fixers, alteration experts. They will have that a Black Label before you can say...oh I forgot they don’t speak about the constant back dealing, cheek turning, playing dumb, as they hit more 10s than Aaron Gordon in a slam dunk competition.
