Is there a way to clean one touches?

Have a bunch of old magnetic holders with small surface scratches. Not the end of the world, but would be nice if I could clean them.

I use this. It’s like $6 something at the automotive section at Walmart.. and a whole bottle can last for years. It works well with small scratches and scuffs.. but not for really deep scratches. Polish surface with this over & over until the scuffs & scratches go away. I hope this helps.
