COMC eBay Auction Titles - Help exclude “(COMC)”

Hello everyone - hope you’re all staying safe & well!

Has anyone noticed COMC is adding “(COMC)” to eBay auction titles?

I find this quite ridiculous based on the fees we pay for auction submission, especially since characters are so limited and that with more relevant titles (such as using team name / acronym), we‘d increase our profits. This includes increased profits for both us as sellers and COMC since they charge a % of sale, too.

I believe the ability to customize our own auction titles is coming, but I haven’t confirmed an ETA on when that will be available - anyone have details?

Not yet; but COMC may understand they're now a brand on eBay like PWCC. So while it looks like spam to you, it could actually drive repeat customers and people looking to bundle a bunch of cards in one purchase. Even though they don't realize it's cheaper to buy those items (non-auction) on COMC directly.
But no, I haven't heard of any dates concerning when you can create/amend your own listings. I won't be running any more auctions on there based on how my first batch sold.

I am loving the sale prices on COMC. My stuff was more geared to a bigger audience, but I probably doubled what I would have gotten off leaving it on COMC. It’s a great service for certain cards that need that big exposure type.
