Someone opened a case against me... yet never paid?

Someone bought a phone from me, never paid so I opened a NPB case and it closed. Today, they opened a case against me. How does this happen and what do I do?

Some reason the Ebay system allows it on some items. They cannot win as they never paid. Just contact Ebay through Facebook for the fastest results and alert them.
