The Rock has a football card? Multisport curiosity thread

Putting this in the football section but feel free to post any sport!

I came across this card recently on eBay and had no idea it existed. It got me thinking, what other cards do I just have no idea about?

Are there any other cards that have for example, a baseball player in a football uniform, an actor playing baseball, a basketball player playing hockey, etc.?

Obviously not including the known multi sport athletes or the recent Russell Wilson baseball cards

Curious to see what’s out there!

I’m 99.99% sure the rock has a contenders as well in one of the draft picks sets. Obviously it’s not a rookie but if you’re looking for his stuff that’s another option.

I have Jarryd Hayne’s 2007 NRL rookie card.

Carl Weathers has a card, Tony Gonzalez has a Cal Bears basketball card.

Kevin Costner has two different minor league cards with the Durham Bulls because of Bull Durham. they were released i think in a set.

Wrestler Chris Jericho doesn't have any sports cards, but his dad does, he played hockey. Always thought that was kind of cool.

can't think of any others off the type of my head right now.

Everyone has seen Bo and Deion in baseball, but what about basketball?

In 1991 Foot Locker put on a dunk contest with athletes from other sports. Couple baseball Hall of Famer's played too. Here's a full checklist:

Both Costner and Tim Robbins have auto cards in one of the Topps Sets for the Durahm Bulls. At one time I had the Nook Laloosh Auto. Not sure what happened or where it went but I have moved since then so I am sure its still packed away.

Tom Selleck (baseball from Mr. baseball movie w/Frank Thomas in Yankees uniform)
Garth Brooks in Oklahoma State set and playing Padres Spring Training
Will Ferrell (10 baseball inserts from his 1-day Arizona Spring Training whirlwind tour)
Eric Lindros
Danny Ainge
John Elway
Vikings running back who did the Olympic bobsled
Probably a Tony Gwynn basketball card out there

Payne Stewart was in one of the football Pro Set releases too. 1992 release I believe.

I wonder if Ron Simmons (Faarooq) has any cards? He was an All-American at FSU and played for the Browns and a couple other teams I think.

I meant Herschel. Name slipped by for a minute. Saw him give a speech about his Multiple Personality Disorder and how it impacted his playing career and marriage a few years ago. Interesting dude.

Maybe a card company can make a set of the Celebrity Boxing television show which had Manute Bol, among many others.

Five Star baseball had autos of John Elway and Dan Marino a couple of years ago. There was also a Tom Brady (Expos) redemption that was not fulfilled.

Elway was also in one of the earlier 2000's Topps Archives releases.
