eBay question on using Pop 1, none graded higher, in a listing

Is using the subtitle pop 1, none graded higher in a listing supposed to be accurate? I saw this card pop up on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-GIANNI...YAAOSw-jxewbzB
The listing states that the card is pop 1 and none graded higher. Here is my card

Both cards are bgs 9.5. My card has 2 sub grades that are higher than the eBay one. Is this just a general thing used in listings? I am a collector, not a seller so I am curious about this. Thanks for any insight.

In this case, None graded higher means there are no BGS 10's. One can say highest graded for a BGS 9.5 based on sub-grades and there are no BGS 10's. However, it should not be advertised as pop 1 when there is more than one BGS 9.5.

A lot of people look it up once and then relist the same listing over and over without updating. If it bothers you, send them a PM through eBay and have them change their title.

I've had good success lately advertising with None Graded Lower in my auction titles for many of my '90 PSA 2 hoops submissions.
