2020 Topps Heritage Gavin Lux/Dustin May White Border PSA 10 FS

I have this card for sale. The pop report for PSA 10 is 1 with 2 graded. Should be a pretty rare card as not a lot of heritage is being graded due to condition issues. Not sure how to price this but I am asking $400 or best offer.
