I play and am decent. I average about 8 pts (2 in / 2 on) per four throws.

Man you can’t have a thread title like that then put the all caps note in there.

I’ve never played this game but see them at tailgates and on the Ocho. Lola like a relaxing drinking game.

The 2020 Boo Compound Family Tournament is coming up. I've been priced out of tickets though. That and I don't want to catch the plague.

I see you are in South Carolina, me too. A few years ago I was playing a good bit. Wings and Ale on Outlet Pointe Blvd in Columbia had a weekly tournament on Monday nights for a while. I ran some tournaments in Newberry for a few years, but I haven't done any in maybe 3 years now. When I play now its just messing around at a cookout or something. I also make boards, just sold a set Saturday.

Sorry, due to covid the Tournament is cancelled. Thank you for your non-refundable donation to the Boo estate.

Just backyard. Even at 8 pts I'm probably not good enough for tournaments.

Honestly don't even know if we have/had cornhole tourneys around here.

Oh okay! Well I am doing one but its not one for pros to play in, more like backyard players and stuff but its a big one so will be a fun one to start out with! I have days where I can get 3-4 in the hole every time we throw, then other days where I cant get any in but all 4 on the board.

It's the ultimate in backyard play.

I've found that as people get older, it takes a lot less convincing to get them to play.

You definitely want to limber up though, you want to make sure you loosen up.
