Looking to drop $800 on a box, any suggestions?

I like Prizm, Optic, Donruss, Hoops, & Mosaic.

I’ve looked at fast break, hobby, choice, fotl, retail, & I’m just not sure.

Only box I’ve opened of this caliber was 2019-20 FastBreak Prizm.

Been looking at Mosaic Choice or Donruss Choice but not sure.
Also love the Gravity Feeds w Neon Hoops...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you are investing not opening, I will say 19-20 prizm cello box, if you are going to open, I will say couple of Mosaic Mega Boxes

2018 Hoops Hobby box? you might be able to get 3 boxes with some luck.

I already have a stash of Optic/Mosaic and actually have 2 Mosaic Megas.

I just want something that I can’t find from a Wal Mart.

That’s all I got for cards. Wal mart, & Casey’s.

I was looking at obsidian but Idk anymore seems like a nope. Even Donruss hobby is expensive.

Fair enough. Buy single dollar bills and flush em one at at time until you hit 800. Toilet flooding will be more fun than anything from panini. All joking aside perhaps optic or maybe 18-19 status.

Maybe get a hobby box of this years Chronicles. It was a fun open last year, expecting the same this year.

I'd attempt to find (2) Optic Lucky Envelope boxes for $900. They can be had for $450 with a motivated seller. IMO definitely your best bang for your buck with tremendous Big $$$ cards still out there.

I haven’t noticed any Shai come out of these yet on EBay. Right now I’m trying to build the complete parallel set of this years optic SGA. All I lack are the big ones 1/1 and the lucky envelope hyper.

My personal opinion would sway toward Select. Seems like there's barely any junk base players in the set, so lots of decent bigger cards if you miss the rookies. Plus I love the look this year. Tough to go wrong though, really.

But now I’m thinking more like $500 and below price range which cuts out a lot of stuff.

Too bad Select is insane prices.

It wasn’t too long ago u could get a retail box of Prizm for 330.

Whew. I’d like to rip some of them higher end Mosaics but now I’m not sure.

I think 2 2019-20 Elite boxes would be a fun rip for $800. Lots of cards. Several numbered. Several autos. Chances at the hot rookies. Probably your best current value for 19-20 stuff.

I also like the call on last years Chronicles and Status. You could also go for last years Spectra or Encased. Or for a bit more Noir.

Really depends if you want a fun rip or a chance at a huge hit.
