Retail Product From Walmart/Target

Is anyone else having trouble finding retail product or is it just me? Here in Southern California all of the Targets are completely wiped out. I mean shelves are completely bare. What’s going on? Are they not restocking?

It is now cool to clear all of the shelves and "leave none for the kids". This has been going on all year unfortunately for all releases including worthless products like Series 2. You have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than finding basketball in a store.
