PSA bulk submission policy violations

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM PSA

Recently we determined a few accounts were in violation of PSA's policies. These accounts have been closed and all open orders are being returned to the account holder. For the protection and privacy of all parties, we cannot go into details on the specifics of the violations. In the coming weeks, PSA will be exploring the dynamics of group submissions and will provide more details to the collecting community as our plans unfold.

Has anyone seen this yet? Wonder what will come out of this?
