Default Shipping Dilemma

So about a year ago I switch to a PO Box because the business next door decides to block our mailbox. With everything that has happen in front of our house we rent I choose to ignore the issue and just get a PO Box.Long story I just don’t want to bring up old wounds and some folks hear know what I am talking about.

Well from my experience having a PO Box sucks in some cases because some businesses won’t except it and I’m sure eBay sellers are the same.So I let the forwarding system do it’s job but didn’t realize that it was temporary and now 3 purchases from eBay might be sent back to the seller. In totally owning up and would never let the seller hold the bag on this and I already contacted all 3.

My first approach is going down to the post office and talking to the Postmaster.I know she’s aware of the issue but the complaints where coming from my neighbor.I just don’t know how much the post office can push this issue and that’s where I’m stuck and would love suggestion on what I can do.If mail gets block to many times they might send the packages back or have us pick up our mail.

Any suggestions

The police department, your city councilman, or the mayor would be 3 better options than the BO forums. Nobody here is going to be able to give you quality advice if you are having issues with a neighboring business blocking your mailbox. That's a whole different level.

Do a google search for "usps general delivery". A lot of travelers use that option to get their mail. You can use the post office street address which should solve your problem.

Also - You can look into getting a UPS mailbox. I have one for my business and can get UPS, FedEx, and USPS all at the same place.
