Purchasing unopened wax on craigslist

Anyone have any experience with this? I'm extremely wary of buying anything via that website, as it seems pretty sketchy.

I just found this seller with sealed 2017 Donruss blaster boxes: https://kansascity.craigslist.org/cl...204935528.html

Should I bite the bullet and risk getting robbed?

The cellophane looks fine and the good thing about a CL deal vs anything else is that you can inspect them in person before offering up payment. I'd do it if the price was right (and I know these continue to climb as I watch them closely).

yep, and you can get a good idea of the seller's character too. I've been lucky in that every Craigslist and FB Marketplace deal I've made so far has been with someone I could have easily pictured myself becoming friends with.

Damn, I did not know Craigslist was still around.. listened to a bunch of killer podcasts over a long drive and I don’t think a 2017 Donruss Mahomes is worth my life...

My favorite meetup spot for FB Marketplace and CL deals is a local burger joint that not a single person hates unless you're a vegetarian.
