Michael Jordan Rare Air golden/reverse negative card?

Hi guys, I've had this card for a while just chilling in my closet. It's an upper deck michael jordan rare air promo card, however it's not the standard version. It has a weird holo style to it, almost like a reverse negative image or golden style to it.

Basically I was hoping to find more information on what this card is, when it came out, what set is it from, and does it hold any value??

quick glance shows they have sold anywhere from 40-90 recently
