Default RIP Joe Morgan

It’s been a bad month. We’ve lost a lot of our aging stars.

Yes, they were great together. Reminds me of a better, simpler time when sports were just awesome and players were awesome.

Now I know far more than I'd like to know. RIP Joe.

Well said. Staying up late during the summer and watching Griffey Jr. and the Mariners play until 1:00 in the morning on Wednesday Night Baseball were great memories as well. I always thought Miller was older than Morgan but just looked it up and he’s actually 8 years younger.

RIP Joe

I had seen him at a show in the fall last year, he wasn't looking the best then. Tough year for baseball HOFers

Unbelievable year for legends passing away. It started with Kobe Bryant and Neil Peart and now we lose Eddie Van Halen and six inner circle baseball Hall of Famers.

How so? He's widely considered one of the 2 greatest second basemen in history.

Unreal. RIP. He was an absolute dick to me as a kid when he broadcasted with Jon Miller. Would not sign a baseball for an 8 year old but signed for everyone else and the adults lol oh well. I know I'm not entitled to getting a graph, just sucked being 8 growing up watching those two broadcast.

Another Hall of Famer I had the privilege of meeting and having a baseball autographed at the National Sports Collectors Convention. RIP Joe!

God must be putting together one heck of a line-up up there. RIP, Mr. Morgan.

I literally was thinking the same. Just so sad to think of, but He has a game plan.
