Anyone having issues with Panini redemptions?

I just entered two Contenders Optic resumptions and now it does not show them in the system.

I redeemed mine a couple weeks ago and just checked that it didn't redeem on the website for some reason. Just redeemed them again on the website and it went though now. weird.

They sent me a list of unredeemed redemptions and asked if I wanted points. I took points on some of them and haven't seen anything show on my rewards as of yet. This was in May.
