First class with tracking i believe.

FCWT just means bubble mailer. PWE means plain white envelope. I'm not the OP, but I'm pretty sure the thicker medallion cards, like the Trout, won't go through PWE. It would be too thick and would push envelope from first class letter to first class parcel.
