Big redemptions from break - panini contact?

Hey guys, so about a year ago I was in a group break of 16-17 immaculate and pulled a few huge redemptions, one being a 1/1 logoman auto. Fast forward a year and they are still sitting in pending at panini.

I’ve tried reaching out to the litany of contacts listed on there and I haven’t even gotten a response. That said, would it make sense to reach out to the breaker and see if they have a contact? It’s just frustrating having these huge cards sit for months and now years.

have they shown up on the weekly redemption report yet? If not, you'd be wasting their time (and yours)

Had my All Star Match Ups quad Auto of kobe, gasol Allen and pierce since 2012. I waited 7 years for it.. Got it last year.
