How To Tell If A Pack Is Resealed?

Ordered a few packs of Prestige 2017-2018 back in November, and they were stalled by USPS for two weeks. I messaged the seller, who was apologetic and quickly offered to replace the packs. I was initially surprised he had more, so I was satisfied with that resolution. That is until I browsed thru his feedback.

I noticed quite a few negative feedbacks due to customers receiving resealed Prestige packs smh. Kinda makes me realize why he didn’t hesitate to offer to resend me more packs.

I got the original package today, now I’m waiting for the second set of packs to arrive. I’m sure he isn’t gonna admit to resealing packs, so now I’m wondering how to confirm if they have been previously opened??
