Default Tua burrow herbert

If you could have one to start a franchise

Who? And why?

I’ll take tua

I think he has all the tools, give him some legit weapons like Herbert and ROY wouldn’t be close imo

Tua, he's deadly accurate ala Drew Brees but has more mobility ala Russell Wilson, these are not direct comps! So don't lol. He really outplayed Mahomes today, and if you put the guys on opposing offenses and it's an entirely different deal. He's thrown 9TDs and only 1 pick, which was today and a horrible play by the wideout led to the INT. They have 2 firsts and 2 seconds in this coming draft, I think they're in great position to put some weapons around him. I'll for sure be investing in Tua this offseason.

Neither was Burrow, til he got his leg mangled. It's football man, with world class athletes trying to decapitate you...everyone's "injury prone", some guys are just luckier than others.

If Herbert had the dolphins defense they would be preparing for the playoffs right now.

To be frank, I'd take a great defense and a great o-line over all three of them. It's nice to have superstar qbs that put up big numbers and create storylines like Mahomes, Rodgers, and Brady but it's not uncommon for game manager qbs to make it to the superbowl and win it too, behind a great overall team.

This isn't even close. Herbert is in a whole different category. Tua has a dumbed down offense right now to help him look good and limit mistakes. Herbert is stuck on a bad team right now, but he is clearly the best QB

Herbert has a better o line and FAR superior weapons offensively

People will find out next year when they get Tua a back like Etienne or Najee Harris and a WR to stretch the field, like either of his old running mates at Bama, Devonta Smith or Jaylen Waddle. He's throwing to practice squad players, there's nothing out there that even remotely resembles Keenan Allen or Austin Ekeler.

Not to mention mike Williams and hunter Henry also, Jakeem grant is a special teamer and the de facto #2 wr...I think tua and Preston had a good connection it’s a shame he’s hurt

nah I just think the qb position isn't the be-all end-all for winning in the NFL. Heck journeymen like foles and flacco have won superbowls. Kap, Jimmy G, and Goff all made it to superbowl behind good teams.

Mike Williams would be the best WR on that team, and he's a junk #2. Gesicki is pretty damn solid honestly, but that's also why Tua has to target him in every critical situation. With no real running threat, or field-stretcher, they can basically sit back in zone coverage with a single high safety, and run man underneath still, just double Gesicki and it's lights out. The fact he has a TD/INT ratio of 9 to 1 in that offense is insane when you really look at it.

I still think Tua will have the best career of the 3. Herbert looks good but against the best teams has been shaky, and he is not exactly leading his team ton wins. Tua will be the first of these QBs to win a Super Bowl. I cannot wait to see what Miami adds to the offense in the draft. They also have cap room - it probably wont happen and I am a Packers fan too, so I would love to see Aaron Jones re-signed - but just think about this scenario for Miami:

Add RB Aaron Jones and WR Allen Robinson in free agency
Add Chase or Waddle or Smith at WR in the draft
Add Etienne or Harris at RB in the draft
Add to the offensive line

Miami has the resources and draft assets to make this all happen! I am sure they will continue to add to the defense too, but thia last draft gave them alot of nice picks...also I really think Lynn Bowden is going to carve out a nice role! Add all this to Parker, Preston, Gisicki and now there are some pieces that teams have to pay attention to! Tua is getting valuable reps now, and the rewards are coming.

I'd be all for them adding Robinson, but Jones doesn't seem necessary. Doesn't seem like "smart" winning teams pay up for RB's. Also, Dolphins look like they got a decent 2 headed monster in Gaskin/Ahmed... coupled with Tua's legs

Tua just isnt that good if you watch him...and he was a product of a college system. he plays in Miami...who has a good team...so people are a bit jaded with him. Easy guy to root for. But talent-wise, it isn't even close

I don't know man, he definitely shows spurts and I think he can grow into something nice once he gets some more confidence and game reps.
