Default Panini Contact for Replacement?

Does anyone have a responsive contact that can advise me on sending a high dollar card in for replacement? I've sent in smaller items in the past with no issues, but this card would be worth a few thousand dollars if not for the few pieces of damage. I don't want to send it in without consulting with them first. I'm not comfortable sending it in with my fingers crossed.

I don't know how responsive he is but i'm pretty sure David Shoup dshoup@paniniamerica.net is in charge of this department.

I used the damage cards contact.

Sent email on 12/9.

Replacement issued 12/16.

chenderson@paniniamerica.net is the contact

Edit: sorry that was for a redemption replacement but I would still go about contacting Chase. He replied in a timely manner and helped me.

I have been calling Panini for months, nobody answers the damn phone and I've left countless voicemails... not a single response. Such a POS company.
