Default Does Topps repeat cards in Archives Signature Series?

I opened a box 2021 Archives Signature Series and i received Mitch Keller /99. I don't see any others listed or sold of this particular card. its his bowman 1st from 2014. I do see the same card in 2020 Archives signature series with the same /99 serial number. Any chance they forget a few from last year and stuck em in this years? Does any one know if Topps repeats cards in this series? Its the first box i've personally opened.

I believe so, but I think they give them different serial number print runs in subsequent years.

Yea I've seen the same card used in multiple years. The only thing different is the stamp

For sure, I remember having a Matt Williams 1/1 and then the next year the same card was limited to /2 haha. I also have a CC 1/1 where the same card is on eBay with a 1/1 stamp from a different year.

It’s pretty common for cards to be used in multiple years.
