Last Sunday (January 31), I sold a 2015 Topps Heritage Sasha Banks Autograph to a pinstripes618 with 177 feedback. Original auction is the link below:
Sasha Banks Right after the auction ends, he sends a message: "Hey transferring funds will pay when it clears!" I reply on the same day: "Thanks for the bid and for the heads up. Will look for the payment later this week then." Then today, one week later, I send the message: "Just seeing if you still want the card/if payment has cleared. No worries if you don't want to purchase it at this time, but we'll be filing a NPB per our standard procedure so we can at least get our fees back. Please let me know." He replies: "Feel free I already contacted eBay and won't be getting a strike and you already know you don't have fees so do what you want but yeah I'm not purchasing I already got one cheaper." It's frustrating that eBay allows this with no recourse for the seller. I just want to make you all aware of this smug time waster from Quincy, Massachusetts, pinstripes618.

You can get fees back right away by cancelling because 'something was wrong with the buyer's address'. I do this whenever a buyer starts raising red flags - just cancel and move on. No messing around.

Yes open a non paying buyer case- I do it every single time. After 2 strikes they get auto blocked by most sellers depending on their settings. I have never once had an issue with a non paying buyer case, always results in a strike for them.
