Default I want to give unpaid item strike of eBay but afraid of negative feedback.

Sold some non card stuff. Buyer has not been paying according to recent feedbacks. I want to give unpaid strike. Can he retaliate?

They can’t leave any feedback if the item has not been paid is my understanding.

No. When you file a strike and close the case; feedback cannot be left from the buyer.

It would behoove you to block the buyer from future purchases so they cannot retaliate on a future purchase.

Yes I already put him on blocked list. He has 2 positive feedback saying he didn't pay.

it's becoming rampant. I think there's a lot of desperate people out there trying to fake out the trending sales tools to keep prices propped up
