So I purchased two cards from seller rmc6537 on Ebay (this was by coincidence). First was a UD Premier Michael Jordan/Kobe Bryant Jersey, 2nd was a UD Chronology Kobe/Sam Jones Dual Auto. Both were pretty good prices I felt until I received them and both came with major creases on them. Seller put both cards are "like new" in the description, and the pics on his listing did not show the crease. The first card (Jordan/Kobe) arrived 2 days ago and I saw the crease and opened a return request. Seller told me to send it back for a refund. Then I received the 2nd card last night and found another crease and opened a return request. It wasnt until the seller responded before I noticed it was the same seller that sent me both cards. Now he's claiming shenanigans from me and won't except return for the Kobe/Sam Jones. This is how I found both cards when took them out of the bubble envelope. And in the case of the dual auto, there's no way the post office damaged it as the card was inside a magnetic holder. I felt like either the seller didn't inspect the cards he's selling (he claims he did). Or he 's hoping the buyer won't be observant enough. He said I'm the only one who complained about damage, but I also bought numerous high end cards in the past 3 weeks and his was the only ones I complained about. I would even argue there's no reason for me to sabatoge the cards he send or want a return otherwise as both cards I got from him were really good deals $575 for the Jordan/Kobe, $1913 for the Dual Auto. I'm actually extremely disappointed both arrived damaged.

He won't accept returns? That's a good one. He isn't going to have a choice - you'll get your money back. By crying shenanigans is he claiming you creased the cards yourself?
Another reason why it's extremely risky to buy ungraded stuff. |

Yes that's what he's claiming, except this isn't a buyers remorse situation as I got really good deals on both cards. (If it wasn't damaged of course)

Tons of shady sellers on eBay claiming items are "brand new" and trying to hide damage in photos. And when you confront them they just say it's Paninis fault cause they "pulled it right from the pack" as if that means anything. Hope you get this worked out.

This is why I no longer deal with high end raw, both as a seller-buyer. The stress isn’t worth it.
Worst part is when a dishonest seller tries to pull a fast one and accuse you of damaging the card or in some cases, switching it. Assh0les |

Another reason I won't buy raw cards online. Too many shenanigans. You'll be covered even if he doesn't accept returns.
