I will never ever ever buy from these guys again.
My last purchase was fat packs and 7 of the 15 I purchased were completely open on the bottom and 2 were sliced at the top. They gave me the complete run around and then completely ignored me.
My previous involvement with them goes back to 2013 when I purchased a bunch of prizm baseball cello packs that they put in a huge box with zero padding. Half the box was completely empty and the packs got severely dented. They went back to 'watch footage of the packaging process and confirmed I was correct. So I returned and reordered and called to specifically ask them to please package them carefully, noting what happened and guess what??? Came the same way again and probably the same banged up packs. And man did they give me fits when I wanted to return them.

They shipped me opened product years ago and their customer service called me names and claimed to have it being packed on video. After a month of back-and-forth a manager called and said their employee wasn't telling the truth and FINALLY sent sealed product to me.

I feel like this is one of those "wait until you see it" pictures but I can't figure out what I'm missing. Someone tell me so I can do a facepalm emoji.

Their customer service absolutely blows, but I did pull my Luka Silver Prizm from a box I bought from them back when boxes were plentiful, affordable and unicorns roamed free.

Morons.

Who doesn't stop for a second before posting and think "wait, this picture might make it appear that we're crushing the cards sent to us"?

Because not everyone thinks like you. I was very confused by the picture because I saw nothing wrong with it. I still see nothing wrong with it.

You don't see something wrong with them possibly claiming something came damaged that happens to be at the top of the bottom row of bins with tons of weight being put down on them?

Post office isn’t putting 100’s of lbs of boxes on top of bubble shippers. If they were at least 50% of all card sales would end up returned to seller. DACardworld-singles is well known in the hobby to have a high rate of returns claiming items received damaged. Out of 10’s of thousands of graded cards shipped only cracked case return I ever received was from them. Have heard the same from plenty of people. I recommend either blocking them or shipping singles in a box at a higher cost if you sell to them.

Either way the picture they posted shows gross negligence in handling on their part, and obviously they are abusing the ebay return policy after their negligence creates the damage.

I would guess each of those bins weighs 5 lbs or less so we aren't talking about hundreds of pounds. To answer your other question, the PO uses those large hampers and absolutely do fill them to the top with no regard for weight. At least we know cards don't weigh much so everything in the picture above is going to be light weight. But USPS isn't weighing packages before dumping them into hampers. I can assure you the bubble mailers that go through USPS see far more abuse than a couple of light bins stacked up as pictured above.

Well if you notice these are not bubble shippers on top of bubble shippers like you would see at the post office. Heavy boxes of cards on top of bubble shippers. Big difference between the two. Again why do these guys open up so many return to seller cases if Im wrong and your right?
