Looks like they are likely going to a hold model like many said they would in the near future.

This is the program that allowed sellers to not have payments held when there is a dispute. It also made it less likely a hold would be placed on any payment made

I sell infrequently, but I buy alot.
Are purchases going to become more complicated?

They said the changes are upcoming. I imagine they are going to a hold type system. They are about the only major payment service that does not put a temporary hold on payments.
