Using PWCC balance/credit to pay for PWCC listing

I just recently started using PWCC and from what I've read I should be able to use my PWCC balance as payment towards cards purchased from their auctions/vault. I can't seem to figure out how and I even had a chat with a rep earlier with no success.
I was told I should add the item to my cart using the BIN button, then leave checkout and head back to the PWCC website where an invoice should be generated. I do not see anything of the sort. My ebay account is also linked to PWCC.
Has anyone used PWCC balance to pay for listings? If so can you please help me figure out the process? Thanks!

Numerous times BUT I will say that I have slowed down due to all the glitches and lets call it their "non sense of urgency?"

You have to change your Ebay shipping address to your Vault address. You have to tie your PWCC account to your Ebay account which is done from the PWCC site.

Even after doing these things, problems still arise.

My problems that I see that have not been resolved: If you instantly buy an item on Ebay (I encourage you NOT to if you want to pay with PWCC funds), Ebay wants you to pay instantly and they do NOT offer an option to pay with PWCC funds.

You need to make an offer on the card on Ebay. If that is not an option you are out of luck. If your offer is accepted or countered and you accept then you just need to wait for a PWCC invoice in your PWCC account (usually takes an hour or so).

The other way it works is if you win a PWCC auction the old fashioned way. Then you just wait again for your PWCC invoice. Found in your PWCC portal.

Basically if you just use the buy it now button on Ebay you are hosed if you want to pay with PWCC funds. This actually is pretty sad and I can't believe it has not been fixed.

I have spent tens of thousands with my PWCC funds so trust me I know the system and it does not impress me TBH.

The other reason I have slowed down on the spending side is that it sometimes takes ALOT of time for them to transfer your item from the PWCC Vault to your own Vault. It once took 60 days which is really unacceptable.

The other thing I need to mention is that on my 1st few purchases, I needed to send them a message on their site to get the invoice sent to me. After about a month of me messaging them each time I won an item, the system finally caught up and I get the invoices (without shipping) within an hour of winning an item in their Vault.
