Default 2003 fleer Patchworks non numbered ruby

Found a ruby card from this set that isn't numbered. Can't figure out what the deal is. They're usually numbered to 50. Any help is appreciated.

There is a serial number on it, 39/50.

Unless you're just using that one for reference?

I think the OP is saying they found a card from that same set that is not numbered....they were just using that listing as an example so people knew what set they were talking about

This, I'm not sure what to do honestly. COMC labeled it is being /50, but I don't think that is moral. Might have to have it shipped home to sell on ebay and put bankruptcy card in the listing.
