like everyone, i'm frustrated with panini's redemption process and want to get the forum's thoughts on a specific issue:
what's your experience with redeeming cards that are LIVE. i have several outstanding redemptions (some are years old) where the card is live and has been for several months and in some cases years. *note i've been waiting at minimum 6 months for a card that's been live since the time of redemption. at most, i've been waiting 3 years for a card that was live during the time of redemption. additionally, i've been waiting over a year for NON AUTO redemptions (eg: glass cards). this seems like pure negligence on panini's part, especially with the non auto cards. anyone else having these types of issues? |

right, but a majority of issues stem from panini (allegedly) waiting to get the cards back from the athletes, athletes not signing in a timely manner, etc. my point here is panini has the card, it's live, and they're just not sending them out. |

Just because a card is live doesn't mean you will get it immediately. It depends on where in the line you are. There may have been 1000 other people to redeem it before you entered yours, all of those would have to be sent out before they got to yours.
Also, there is a chance that the athlete didn't sign all of the cards (for example, there may be 1000 cards, but they have only signed 300 of them so far). Sometimes they sign only part of them, and Panini might not have enough to fulfil all of the entered redemptions. |
