Default Nice Bonds Patch Card

Hello All,

As most of you know, I'm more of a collector than a seller, but I thought I'd take a shot at selling a couple of my cards on Ebay. I wouldn't normally ever plug an auction of mine, but this card happens to be one of the nicest patch cards of Bonds I have ever seen. I thought some of his fans in this forum might want to know about it. I would much rather see someone on here get it than a total stranger, but had no idea what it might bring and thought putting it on Ebay was the fairest way to do it.

Also, feel free to critique my auction as I'm sure I have lots I could improve on when selling. I won't mind what any of you say. I promise to take it as "constructive criticism".

If someone from this board happened to win this auction, I would pay for all shipping and insurance costs. If any of you decide to bid, I hope you win.

Thanks and take care,

Matt

Default Bonds Patch

I really love the patch...I collect the Topps Sterling jumbo patches. I just wish the card was not graded. It really takes away from the card itself.

I'm a collector like you, so I hate not being able to touch the cards. Is there any way to take it out without damaging the card? I will be watching this auction...good luck

Shawn

Yes, you can take it out without damaging the card if you're careful. I understand what you're saying about graded cards. However, I prefer to have them graded for protection and authentication. Especially one of this value. It is nice to hold the card itself though. I guess I was fortunate enough to have done so before I sent it in for grading.

If you win it, you could either take it out of the case yourself, or I'm sure you could send it back to Beckett and have them remove it for you. I know they'll be able to do it without damaging it. I would help you with their address and such, but you'd have to be the one to actually send it in.

Thank you for your comments.
