Thread update (4/5/22): Per poll, the vast majority of collectors only plan to pick up 2022 Wander Franco RCs.

Per Topps, Wander Franco's first-ever rookie card comes out of a 2022 products (2022 Topps Series 1, as shown below). Most collectors seem to recognize and agree with this, viewing the 2021 Bowman's Best card as a prospect card with a numbering error (the intended RCs in this set do have "RC" logos).

None that I am aware of. Although you could make somewhat of an argument for the Ronald Acuna Jr. 2018 Bowman card. But that isn't what you said. You just said it didn't have a rookie logo so it couldn't be a rookie card. There are 50 years worth of rookies that don't have a rookie logo.
