Default shady ebay listing?

Sorry if this is the wrong place, but came across this listing:

ALREADY REDEEMED Khalil Watson 2022 Bowman Chrome 1st Green Auto Redemption Card

https://www.ebay.com/itm/275310608736

Shady? or really shady?

it’s gonna end up not getting paid… somebody thinks they are getting a steal on an auto even though the description clearly says it’s for the redemption card, not the card itself.

Don't people actually buy used redemptions on purpose?

yeah, but whoever is bidding $300 on this thinks they are getting the card. He tries to explain it’s only for the redemption, not the actual auto but he doesn’t do a very good job of it.

I’ve sold used redemptions in the past but the price was never near the redemption value. I usually took the sold history of all redemptions of that player and do a average or compare to something similar available on the market. I don’t have a explanation of the buyers intent besides it a niche.

Put some new foil on the back of it and sell it at a card show as unredeemed.
