The official Andrew Vaughn Thread

I searched and could not find a thread...
I pulled so much of him last year..
and at the big card show here in Toronto this weekend..
I managed to grab some amazing deals on quite a few of his cards..
so I'm on board.

I know there were some guys on some other posts who were cracking multiple cases of 21 Update specifically for the AV RCs.
so I am starting THE official thread .
He will help carry the White Sox offence to the playoffs this year and the legend will only build on from there.

I actually have something to contribute for once. Pulled this from a hanger box I bought off eBay. Won an auction for 10 of them for less than 50% of retail. Pulled this in one of them.

Being a White Sox fan I have quite a few autos of his but nothing major (except for a 1st Bowman Speckle auto /71). I figured it was only a matter of time before he started hitting in the majors.

I only have a few Vaughn cards, but I have high hopes for him being a big part of our future. The guy can hit.

Yeah I only own a base Bowman Chrome non auto PSA 10. But I’m a big fan of this kid & have been thinking the same way. Just too good a hitter not to surface. Hitting machine & fun to watch that swing !

I've been picking up some pinks and purples of his chrome. He is a great hitter.

He's quietly putting together a great season. Average is up to 330, and went 4 for 4 tonight with a HR and a double. His second 4 for 4 game in the last week.

Thats like as if he was a 35 year old playing for the Orioles and having one more year left in his career..

No reason they should be at worst $40 even in a bad market

Vaughn is a GREAT player to jump in on. He's going to be in the middle of the Sox lineup for years and will provide good power and a nice average. He's a stud hitter and doing it early on in his career. One of the White Sox beat writers compared him to Goldschmidt - that's a great comp.
