When are we filing class action lawsuits?

Damn. For some of the no name players from a decade ago you could argue 150 is reasonable, but in your case that’s just horrendous.

holy crap. that's bad. really bad. and crap, Ive been seeing this a lot on BO so I checked on one of my redemptions from 3 yrs ago, a kelce patch auto /10 and I got 150 pts too!

They’re also replacing peoples redemptions with cards from this year, this along with this 150 point scam indicates they’ve started to clean house.

It's like Panini just doesn't care about pissing off its customers since they lost their license. It almost like they just said F*** it.

They're throwing in the towel I think. The final hoo-rah and they're tarnishing their reputation even more on the way out.

I don't think I can spend anymore time on the phone, messaging on social media, or mass emailing all their CS people like I have for 1.5 years on this redemption. If anyone is successful repealing this nonsense on their redemptions, please let me know.

I just had a 2013 Contenders Dion Jordan auto exchanged for 150 points. Comparable cards.


They must be cleaning out all older outstanding redemptions

second - was it recently pulled (and obviously expired) or was it sitting in the que this whole time?

No way at all I would be accepting that - I know several people have emails for contacts with Panini - hopefully someone in here can get you in contact with someone.

Just got 1500 points for a pj washington clearly donruss auto like 8 days ago. Kinda find it hard to believe you got 150 points for a mahomes rookie....

Anyone know if it's easy to transfer rewards points between accounts? Have had separate accounts for my rewards points and my redemptions, had 3 junk 2013-2015 redemptions replaced with 150 each

I have a few years old redemptions sitting in my account and they haven't been replaced with points. I even requested points for 1 last week and still no response.

Emily had been the only one I ever got a response from, but it took weeks of emailing once a week, every week before anything moved.

But to be honest I never really had a reply from her other than “your request has been processed” or whatever. Never an actual response.

Yep. I sent a damaged card for replacement, but have resigned myself to the fact I won't see it again and have wasted money sending it in.

After almost a year I got a replacement back for missing cards in an H2 Prizm Draft Picks. Must be their swan song. Haven't spent a dime on Panini since then, I buy singles if I want anything (and anyone still giving money to a crap company is a sucker for doing it)

That really sucks OP, no way you should accept it without exhausting whatever avenues you can.

I put in a ticket with their tech support team, paninidigitalsupport@paniniamerica.net, asking them if my emails were getting blacklisted. They actually wrote back and assured me they weren't and forwarded my email to the Redemptions Team, cs@paniniamerica.net. I assume my email created a ticket and like most IT folks they want to clear tickets from their queue.


If I were you, make it a multi-pronged approach.

Consider going to The National if you are close enough in New Jersey and complain to a person directly


At this point it isn't burning bridges, they already screwed you with 150 points. But it's important to maintain professionalism and fight them with facts and not emotions.

Should have been done years ago when Panini first started pulling stuff like this. Now, since they've been allowed to do it for years with no repercussions, they feel free to ignore everyone's emails and pull scams like this on you and others. Absolutely disgusting!!
